Locate the brightness control wheel on the USB cable or the microscope body. Turn it to illuminate the LEDs around the lens. 3. Software Setup

Use "HiView," "Amcap," or the built-in Windows "Camera" app. macOS: Use "Photo Booth" or "QuickTime Player."

Insert the microscope body into the circular bracket on the stand. Tighten the locking screw to secure it at your desired height.

Many units have a physical "Snap" button on the body. Pressing this will save a still image to your default software folder.

Most models have two "sweet spots" for focus—one at lower magnification and one at higher magnification—depending on the distance from the lens to the object. 5. Capturing Images and Video

Clean the lens gently with a microfiber cloth and ensure you are within the focal range (adjust the stand height).
