Open the kitserver folder and find manager.exe . Right-click it and Run as Administrator .
This usually means a conflict between the kload.dll and your game version. Ensure your PES 2013 is updated to the latest official Konami DLC/Patch version.
Ensure your pes2013.exe is selected in the dropdown menu and click Attach . You should see a message saying "Kitserver attached to pes2013.exe."
