If your lab PC is not connected to the internet, you can still activate the software using a "Context File" (.VLC).
Choose where the license should live. You can store it on your Local PC or a connected Vector hardware interface (like a VN1600 or CANcase) to make the license portable. Vector Canoe Activation Key
In the License Client on the offline PC, enter your key and click Create Context File . If your lab PC is not connected to
